Friends keep recommending Chicago's Haystack to us for vintage clothing, so when we asked further about stuff for the home, we happily heard they carry vintage housewares, too. Like any good vintage shop, this one deserves an in-person perusal to check out the rotating inventory, but a quick look at its website has us smiling at the old-school finds in tip-top condition:

In Haystack's owner's own words: We sell ghosts, memories, and more importantly, unique vintage. All of our items are carefully hand-picked, waiting to transition from the past into your hands. You will become part of the story, and the thread. Connect your life with all that have enjoyed these items in the past.
Shown above: an antique iron ottoman with velvet upholstery ($80) and a vintage Moroccan tea table ($120)

We also spotted an Antique Singer 101 with Mahogany Sewing Table/Cabinet ($150) ! Visit a few more Home Decor finds at Haystack for purchase online here.

(Bookmarked a few months back, Chicago Home + Garden Design Dose captured a great glimpse at Haystack. Top left image ("Vintage" sign) via Design Dose.)
